	2006 After Reconstruction Sunrise Beach, Marshfield MA 02065 This public beach now contains: Seawall concrete, Construction debris and Rebar materials protruding from the sand. * The public access stairway was not replaced. * The public access ramp was not built to plans. * Seawall construction debris was buried in the beach. * The Town Contract was not enforced. 	Brook Street Beach Access BROOK STREET RAMP ALL Marshfield beach access points are posted "No Parking" -except for Brook Street, which is posted "men access only". BEFORE 2005, the Brook Street public beach access point was an "Emergency Access Ramp" to Sunrise Beach and Ocean Bluff Beach. AFTER the DPW Administration bungled the seawall and ramp contract, it was spitefully deemed "Heavy Equipment Access Only". Click photo to ENTER!

July 6, 2006 - Cindy Castro, Marshfield beach supervisor, hired 10 lifeguards (ranging in age from 15-21) to collect and remove heavy concrete and sharp rebar from Sunrise Beach and Ocean Bluff Beach. Two DPW employees stood by on their vehicle and watched 4 girls and 6 boys work.
